Korea Finance Corporation, the chair of KAI shareholders conference, is leading the sales process of KAI, selecting official advisors. However, it is not yet fully confirmed. HMC will disclose any further progress by November 16, 2012. In the case where any concrete decision has been made, HMC will release an immediate disclosure.
